SHIPPING COST

Shipping costs will vary based on weight and location of your order. Shipping costs will be shown to you at the checkout before you are charged. 

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Good Dog Treats ships within Australia only. We do not accept International orders at this time.

DELIVERY TIMES

Deliveries will leave our warehouse within 72 hours of being placed. Business days are Monday through to Friday. Orders placed on the weekend or Public holidays will be processed the next business day.

All domestic orders will be sent via AusPost Standard Shipping. Please allow approx. 2-7 working days from dispatch. Remote area deliveries may take longer.

All customers will be notified of carrier and tracking number from our warehouse via email. Please check your junk folder if you have not received any emails from us in relation to your order or tracking number.

DELIVERY DELAYS

We are dealing with nature and wild animals. Should we foresee a delay in your order, we will be in touch asap and hope you will bear with us as we aim to bring you the freshest and healthiest treats for your furry friend, straight from the paddock.
