REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

At Good Dog Treats, we guarantee the quality of our product! While we do not accept returns for change of mind, you will be issued a full refund should our product be deemed faulty or not deliver on our promise of a satisfied furry friend! In this instance, we ask that you contact us within 14 days of purchase to arrange a refund.

Please do not attempt to return any products before having first arranged a return with us. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (if applicable), and return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless the item has been deemed faulty. All returns must be approved by us first in writing. Any returns received without authorisation will be returned to sender. 

Where your product arrives damaged through delivery or appears defective, we may require you to provide us with photographs of the product for our further assessment.

We endeavour to depict products available for purchase using accurate images of the products. At times, however, products actually delivered may differ in appearance and packaging from their appearance in images and photographs on the Website. 

Our Returns/Exchanges/Refunds policy can change at any time without notice.

PRODUCTS OUT OF STOCK

We will notify you promptly if a product you have ordered is unavailable. We will then, at our election, either refund your purchase or give you a store credit for the same amount.
